Nationwide Unity · Secure Employment
Standing together to oppose the outsourcing of core railway work, defend permanent jobs, and protect the future of Indian Railways.
AIRF National Convention Against Outsourcing is a nationwide initiative of the All India Railwaymen's Federation (AIRF) to unite railway employees, trade union representatives, labour organisations, and stakeholders against the increasing outsourcing of core railway activities.
The convention aims to deliberate on the adverse impact of outsourcing on railway safety, employment security, service quality, skill development, and the future of Indian Railways. It will also formulate a collective strategy to safeguard permanent employment, strengthen the public railway system, and protect the interests of railway employees.
